Description
The Baker Drivetrain Armored Attitude Primary Chain Adjuster Assembly is designed to prevent damage to your motorcycle's vital components, including the left side motor case bearings, inner primary bearings, clutch hub bearings, and transmission output gear bearings. Featuring a manual chain tensioner, this assembly allows you to precisely set the chain to the proper 5/8"-7/8" (cold) freeplay, ensuring optimal performance and longevity. The active plate and back support plate are investment cast with durable 4130 steel, significantly improving the durability of the motor bottom end and inner primary race bearing. Furthermore, the chain shoe is machined from high-quality Nylon 66, known for its strength and wear resistance. With 28% finer teeth spacing compared to '01-'06 chain adjusters, you'll achieve more accurate adjustments and a quieter, more efficient primary drive. This assembly also boosts torque by 3.42 ft/lbs, giving you added power where you need it most. Installation is straightforward, offering a direct replacement for your stock adjuster.
