Description
The Cometic Clutch Cover Gasket is constructed from AFM (Aluminum Foam Material), a chemically blown, compounded nitrile synthetic rubber bonded to an aluminum core. This aluminum core provides exceptional strength, preventing weeping or crawling out, even in modern engine cases with limited sealing surfaces. The AFM material boasts a high temperature resistance exceeding 250°F (121°C) and offers 85% recovery, ensuring consistent and reliable torque retention. Installation is quick and easy, as no sealant is required. The AFM material will not stick to the engine case, eliminating scraping and saving valuable service time. This gasket provides a superior seal and long-lasting performance for your motorcycle's clutch cover.
