The DP Brakes DPK Clutch Kit is engineered for ultimate performance and longevity. Each kit includes high-quality friction plates, steel drive plates, and clutch springs (except when the OEM clutch uses a reusable diaphragm spring). The exclusive high-heat friction materials ensure fade-free performance, making this kit ideal for demanding off-road and dual-sport applications. Steel drive plates resist expansion and prevent clutch swell, offering up to 300% more life compared to stock aluminum plates. The increased weight of the steel plates enhances the flywheel effect, aiding in starting and improving traction. The included clutch springs are precision-wound from premium chrome silicone wire, heat-treated, and shot-peened to maximize their lifespan and ensure no slippage, even under high stress.
