The Carbonite Hi-Performance Powerpak Kit features friction plates crafted from 3M™ carbon-based material, ensuring superior heat resistance and a higher coefficient of friction compared to standard materials. This translates to improved holding power and reduced slippage, even under extreme conditions. The kit also incorporates Kolene® Melonite® treated steel plates for enhanced performance, smoother engagement, extended lifespan, and cooler operation. By eliminating the OEM copper rivet clutch spring plate (part #37977-90), this kit enhances reliability and eliminates a common failure point. With 10% more surface area, this clutch kit provides greater holding power, allowing you to confidently handle increased horsepower and torque.
