Description
Cometic clutch cover gaskets are manufactured using AFM (Aluminum Foam Material), a chemically blown, compounded nitrile synthetic rubber bonded to an aluminum core. This unique construction provides exceptional strength and sealing capabilities, preventing leaks and maintaining optimal performance. The aluminum core gives the gasket strength, ensuring a tight seal even under demanding conditions, and prevents weeping or crawling out from engine cases with limited sealing surfaces. With its high temperature resistance and excellent recovery properties, the Cometic clutch cover gasket offers long-lasting durability and reliability. Installation is simplified, as no sealants are required, saving valuable service time. The AFM material will not stick to the engine case, making future replacements quick and easy.
