- Large Phone X-Grip holder - For phones 1.75" (44.5mm) to 4.5" (114mm) wide and max .875" (22.2mm) deep - For 3/4" (22mm) to 1" (25.4mm) round bars - Short 1.75" (44.5mm) ball to ball socket arm - Comes with the X-Grip, a socket arm and a 'Torque' base handlebar clamp mount - Holds max. 2 lbs / 907 gram normal use or 1 lbs (454 gram) heavy duty use. Take your mobile entertainment on the road with the RAM® Torque™ handlebar and rail mounting base. Sizing inserts are included to provide a snug fit and offer additional protection for the rail. The mount utilizes nylon-insert locknuts to prevent loosening in high vibration environments. This low-profile mount is the perfect way to secure your personal electronics and small accessories in any high-vibration environment. The included X-Grip® cradle has a clean and clever four leg design that sports great holding power without hiding your phone behind foam pads and plastic. The spring loaded X-Grip® cradle expands and contracts, allowing for a perfect custom fit of your cell phone. The perfect complement to the modern sleek interior of today's vehicles, the RAM X-Grip® is the cell phone cradle evolved. The X-Grip® includes a device tether recommended for outdoor applications. It is important to verify the dimensions of your handheld device with a case/sleeve/skin when determining the overall size. RAM Mounts - The way It Works? A 3-piece system: 1 the mount base, 2 the connecting arm, 3 the device holder. - 1 the mount base - Equipped with RAM's 1" diameter elastomeric hard rubber socket ball. A connection that is easy adjust, slip-free and vibration absorbing. Various mount base options available. - 2 socket arm / connecting arm - A connecting arm with sockets that grip the rubber balls of the mount base and of the phone holder, effectively connecting both parts while offering virtual infinite tool-free adjustments. - 3 Phone holder / X-Grip - An innovative spring-loaded system with rubber caps on the 'fingers' that will clamp your phone. The X-Grip phone holder is equipped with RAM's elastomeric hard rubber socket ball for a slip-free, vibration absorbing mount to the socket arm.
