Description
The Denso IX22B Iridium Spark Plug is designed with a fine wire iridium center electrode, only 0.4mm in diameter, which significantly reduces voltage requirements and enhances firing performance. The iridium electrode, six times harder than platinum, withstands extreme temperatures up to 4,000°F, ensuring long-lasting reliability. A 360° laser-welded electrode provides a robust seal, resisting wear and tear in even the harshest conditions. The ground electrode features a tapered cut and U-groove, creating a large volume area that optimizes flame propagation. This design contributes to improved fuel efficiency and reduced emissions. With a 12 mm thread size and a 19.1 mm (3/4") thread reach, the IX22B ensures a secure and precise fit for a wide range of motorcycle engines.
