Payment
Parts Denmark ApS accepts payment by VISA-Dankort, VISA, VISA Electron, Mastercard, PayPal, and MobilePay.

If you pay via PayPal, you are not protected by the dispute resolution scheme. Read more about the terms and conditions on PayPal's website.

Reservation of amount
If you pay with an international payment card, the amount will be reserved immediately. 

The money will be reserved on your card or account until:

1) We deduct the amount when we ship the item, or
2) The money is released according to the agreement with your card issuer. 

You can read more about the rules for your specific card at your card issuer. 

We do not charge card fees.

The amount will only be debited from your card when the item is shipped.
 

Shipping

Parts Denmark ApS strives to ship orders placed before 2:00 p.m. on the same day; orders placed after that time will be shipped the next business day.
We deliver throughout Denmark. Shipping prices start at DKK 49. Items will be delivered to the delivery address specified when ordering.
Your items will be shipped via GLS.

Please note: If there is no space at the selected pickup location, the package will be redirected to the nearest pickup location and you will be notified. If you encounter any problems, please contact customer service.

Deliveries are made on weekdays. Your order will be delivered within 2–7 business days after ordering.
