It features a robust black PVC outer jacket, offering maximum flexibility and outstanding durability against abrasions and environmental elements. The tightly coiled steel inner casing is specifically engineered for low compression ratios, ensuring a responsive and firm brake feel every time. Inside, a pre-lubricated nylon inner sleeve guarantees ultra-smooth operation and extends the cable's service life, reducing friction and wear. For superior pull-out resistance, all wire ends are meticulously bird-caged prior to terminal casting, providing a secure and dependable connection. Furthermore, the brake cable includes a pre-stretched inner wire, flared out before the terminal end is cast, enhancing its strength and preventing premature failure. Essential adjuster hardware, such as the spring, nut, and barrel, are included where applicable, simplifying installation. High-strength POM material is used for injected-molded components, while EPDM molded rubber parts offer excellent UV resistance, ensuring long-lasting performance and maintaining the cable's sleek black finish.
