Wossner Forged Piston Kit - 95.01mm Bore - 450cc - Size B - 8868DB

Unleash the full potential of your 450cc 4-stroke engine with the high-performance Wossner Premium Series Piston Kit. Engineered for superior durability and optimized power delivery, this kit provides a significant upgrade for serious riders and rebuilders seeking uncompromising quality.

Description

The Wossner Premium Series Piston Kit is meticulously crafted from aerospace-grade aluminum alloy, ensuring exceptional strength and longevity under the most demanding conditions. Each piston features an advanced Molybdenum Disulphite (Moly) skirt coating, a permanent application designed to drastically reduce friction and minimize piston rock. This not only contributes to quieter operation but also enhances overall engine performance and extends the lifespan of critical components. With an optimized machining process, Wossner achieves an ideal balance of lightness and maintained structural integrity, particularly in vital areas like the crown and skirt wall cross-section. This precision engineering results in a piston capable of handling high stress, perfect for engines with a robust 12.6:1 compression ratio. This comprehensive kit includes everything you need for a complete piston replacement: the piston itself, high-quality nitride-coated steel and cast rings, a wrist pin, and retaining clips, making your engine rebuild straightforward and effective.
