Alpinestars a-1 Roost Guard

Experience superior protection and comfort on the track or trail with the Alpinestars A-1 Roost Guard. This ultra-lightweight and highly effective motorcycle chest protector is engineered to safeguard riders against impacts and tire roost, ensuring you stay protected without compromising agility.

Description

The Alpinestars A-1 Roost Guard is a meticulously designed piece of MX protective gear, offering robust upper body defense for serious riders. Its core strength lies in its front and rear hard shell plates, strategically crafted to absorb and dissipate impact energy. These plates are complemented by a thermoformed padded chassis and bio-foam padding, ensuring not only exceptional impact protection but also a secure, close-to-body fit that prioritizes rider comfort. Engineered for the demanding conditions of off-road riding, this roost guard features perforated plastic shells to maximize breathability and cooling ventilation, preventing overheating during intense sessions. Extended padding provides crucial defense against tire roost without restricting arm movement, a critical factor for maintaining control. Installation is quick and straightforward, thanks to an adjustable elastic closure system with newly designed, easy-to-use buckles that accommodate a wide range of rider body sizes. Adjustable shoulder straps further refine the fit, making the A-1 a versatile choice for various physiques. It is also fully compatible with Alpinestars Bionic Neck Supports (BNS), enhancing overall Alpinestars body protection. The front stone shield meets EN 14021:2003 standards, while the back protector is certified to EN 1621-2:2014 Level 1, guaranteeing reliable safety.
