Protect your motorcycle's vital components with the AXP Racing Adventure Skid Plate. This robust skid plate is engineered to withstand the rigors of off-road riding, providing superior protection against rocks, debris, and impacts. Ride confidently knowing your engine and frame are shielded by high-quality materials.
Description
The AXP Racing Adventure Skid Plate is constructed from 8mm thick High-Density Polyethylene (HDPE) plastic. This advanced material offers significant advantages over traditional alloy bashplates. HDPE effectively reduces vibrations, preventing them from transferring to the frame and rider, ensuring a smoother ride. Unlike metal, HDPE does not undergo permanent deformations upon impact, maintaining its structural integrity and protective capabilities over time. The material also resists overheating, preventing unwanted heat buildup around the engine. Furthermore, HDPE is significantly quieter than alloy, minimizing noise distractions and enhancing your overall riding experience. This skid plate also offers linkage protection, safeguarding this vulnerable area from damage. Installation is straightforward, using existing mounting points on your motorcycle's frame.
