The Demon heavy-duty axle is designed to handle the increased stress of modified UTVs, particularly those with bracket lifts, portal gear lifts, or aftermarket A-arms. Its wide articulation angles and dual plunge design eliminate binding, allowing for maximum suspension travel and consistent performance. Featuring a 15%-20% increase in diameter compared to OEM axles, and a 10%-15% larger CV joint size, this axle delivers unmatched strength. The dual heat-treated high-strength chromoly steel shafts provide exceptional resistance to twisting and breaking. TPEE boots, packed with high-load molybdenum grease, ensure long-lasting protection against the elements. The inner cage, crafted from 4340 chromoly material and precision CNC machined, guarantees precise fitment and smooth operation.
