They are invisible but block heat transfer and lower the surface temperature of the outer shield. Easy to install with no modifications needed. The Heat Shield Liners are made in the USA by Design Engineering Inc. and are dual layer constructed of Aluminum and Dura 2000 insulating material and offer a more than 60% heat reduction.
