Unlike stock aluminum plates, the included steel drive plates resist expansion, preventing clutch fade and swelling, and they won't muddy or contaminate your engine oil. The increased weight of the steel plates also provides a flywheel effect, improving starting and traction. The kit is ready to race, eliminating the need to pre-soak the plates in oil before installation.
