The Kibblewhite Black Diamond™ Engine Valve is CNC machined from a one-piece forging of EV8 Stainless Steel. The valve undergoes a specialized German infusion process, penetrating to a depth of 0.002" with a surface build-up of 0.0002". This unique treatment significantly improves wear properties, reduces friction, and provides exceptional resistance to corrosion and wear, surpassing traditional chrome and nickel electrolysis plating. Each valve is meticulously designed using Finite Element Analysis (F.E.A) software, and its profile is rigorously tested on a computerized flow bench to ensure optimal performance.
