The valve undergoes a specialized German infusion process, penetrating to a depth of 0.002" with a surface build-up of 0.0002". This treatment significantly enhances wear properties, reduces friction, and provides superior resistance to corrosion and wear compared to traditional chrome and nickel electrolysis plating. Each valve is designed using Finite Element Analysis (F.E.A) software, and its profile is rigorously tested on a computerized flow bench.
