The Magnum Shielding XR Handlebar Installation Kit is designed to deliver reliable performance and a clean, custom look. Each kit is meticulously assembled to meet or exceed OE specifications, ensuring a low-effort, high-efficiency operation for all cables. Whether your setup requires traditional throttle and idle cables or fully terminated throttle-by-wire extensions, this kit has you covered. It also includes a clutch cable or hydraulic clutch line, along with Magnum XR DOT brake lines, copper crush washers, necessary hardware, and fully terminated turn signal and switch wiring extensions for a complete upgrade.
Magnum XR Brake Lines are constructed with heavy-gauge stainless steel embedded in a tough, abrasion-resistant nylon outer jacket, providing superior durability and excellent braking response for safe riding. These brake lines are compliant with all DOT FMVSS-106 Specifications, offering peace of mind (note: DOT-Certification is only valid in the USA). All fittings are highly polished before plating, resulting in a stunning Chrome or Clear-Coated finish that complements the Stainless Steel housing material. Kits featuring manifolds utilize an all-brazed construction for optimal OE fitment and appearance, incorporating -3 AN connections for straightforward installation. This kit is compatible with ABS braking systems and is specifically tailored for ape hanger handlebars ranging from 15" to 17" (38 cm - 43 cm) in height.
