This innovative throttle kit features a slim REV3™ throttle housing, offering increased clearance and adjustability. The heart of the system lies in its innovative reel changing system, allowing you to quickly adapt your throttle rate to any situation. Five different reels are included, from smaller reels for a slower, more controlled throttle response to larger reels for faster acceleration. The included cam reel provides a progressive throttle response favored by many riders. The kit also boasts an improved throttle stop for enhanced durability and snap-together elbows for effortless reel changes. Compatible with Motion Pro DirtControl™ V2 Lock-On grips and ODI Lock-On grips, the Rev3 kit includes billet aluminum inline cable adjusters for easy installation and maintenance. The upper section of the cables utilizes 6 mm housing for robust support, while the lower section features 5 mm housing with a PTFE liner for reduced friction and increased flexibility. Important to know

While Rev3 Kits have cables specifically designed for fitment on specific models, the Rev3 throttle itself is not model specific. Therefore, in some situations, the Rev3 kit may not be a direct bolt on installation due to space limitations on the stock handlebar. In some installations, it may be necessary to move other control components on the stock handlebar, shorten the Rev3 throttle tube and grip, install longer aftermarket handlebars, or possibly all of the above. It is up to the end user to determine the best method for fitment on their motorcycle and ensure that the Rev3 kit is installed properly and with the correct clearances for safe operation. Installation should be done by a qualified mechanic and carefully checked for proper function. Improper installation could result in great bodily injury or death.
