Vertex Cast Race Piston Kit - 54mm Bore - 125cc - Size B - 24445B

Unleash the full potential of your 125cc 2-stroke engine with the Vertex Cast Race Piston Kit. Engineered with advanced Vertex technology, this high-performance piston kit is designed to deliver exceptional durability and optimized power for demanding race conditions and aggressive riding.

Description

The Vertex Cast Race Piston Kit represents the pinnacle of cast piston technology, specifically developed for 125cc 2-stroke engines. Each piston is meticulously gravity cast from a high-strength aluminum alloy, boasting an 18% silicone content. This unique composition ensures an exceptionally light yet incredibly robust component, capable of withstanding the rigors of high-revving performance. To further enhance longevity and reliability, every Vertex race piston undergoes a T-5 hardening and tempering heat treatment cycle, significantly increasing its structural integrity.

Performance is also boosted by the advanced Molybdenum Disulphite coating applied to all piston skirts. This high-tech coating minimizes friction, promoting a faster break-in period and extending the overall life of the piston and cylinder. Designed with a race-specific profile, this Vertex 54.00mm piston kit ensures optimal combustion efficiency and power transfer. The comprehensive kit includes the piston, high-quality rings (nitride coated steel), a durable wrist pin, and secure circlips, providing everything you need for a complete and reliable top-end rebuild for your 125cc 2-stroke.
