Engineered for peak performance and durability, the Vertex Cast Replica 2-Stroke Piston Kit offers an exceptional OE-quality replacement for your motorcycle. Designed with a precise 58.00 mm bore, this kit ensures reliable power delivery and a seamless fit for your 2-stroke engine.

Description

Experience robust performance with the Vertex Cast Replica 2-Stroke Piston Kit, meticulously crafted to match original equipment specifications. This piston kit is an ideal choice for riders seeking a high-quality, durable replacement for their 144 cc engine. Each piston undergoes a rigorous T-5 hardening and tempering heat treatment cycle, significantly enhancing its strength and longevity under demanding conditions. The skirt of every piston is expertly coated with a high-tech Molybdenum Disulphite (Moly) layer. This advanced coating drastically reduces friction during the critical break-in period, promotes smoother operation, and extends the overall life of the piston by minimizing wear.

Constructed from gravity-cast aluminum alloy, this piston is engineered for an optimal balance of lightness and strength. With an impressive 18% silicone content, the piston maintains exceptional dimensional stability even at high temperatures, ensuring consistent performance. Designed as OEM replacements, both the replica piston and its accompanying nitride-coated steel rings guarantee compatibility and reliable function within your 2-stroke engine system. This comprehensive kit provides everything needed to restore your engine's power and efficiency.
