Upgrade your 2-stroke motorcycle's engine performance and reliability with the Vertex Cast Replica Piston Kit. Engineered as a direct OEM replacement, this 54.00mm bore piston kit is crafted from a high-strength cast aluminum alloy piston, ensuring an optimal blend of durability and lightweight design. Ideal for enthusiasts seeking a dependable motorcycle piston kit, it features advanced coatings for extended life and smoother operation.

Description

The Vertex Cast Replica Piston Kit is meticulously designed to match original equipment (OE) specifications, offering a seamless and high-quality replacement for your 2-stroke engine. Each 54.00mm bore piston is manufactured from a gravity-cast aluminum alloy, incorporating an impressive 18% silicone content. This unique blend results in an extremely light yet exceptionally strong piston, built to withstand the rigorous demands of motorcycle engines. To further enhance its resilience, every piston undergoes a T-5 hardening and tempering heat treatment cycle, significantly boosting its durability and lifespan.

Performance is paramount, which is why the piston skirts are treated with a high-tech Molybdenum Disulphide coating. This advanced moly-coated piston skirt minimizes friction during operation, promoting faster engine break-in and substantially increasing overall piston life. As a comprehensive 2-stroke piston replacement solution, this kit includes all necessary OEM replacement rings, featuring durable nitride-coated steel for optimal sealing and performance. With a precise piston diameter of 53.94 mm, this standard size A kit ensures a perfect fit and restores your engine to peak efficiency.
