Description

Experience superior engine rejuvenation with this premium Vintco 250cc Top End Piston Kit. Crafted with cutting-edge materials and manufacturing techniques, this kit guarantees fitment and performance that meets or exceeds OEM standards. At its core is a high-strength, 71.50mm bore forged piston, meticulously manufactured in Germany. The forging process ensures exceptional durability and resilience under the demanding conditions of a high-performance 2-stroke engine, making it an ideal choice for a reliable motorcycle top end rebuild kit. To facilitate a smooth break-in period and reduce friction, the piston is expertly coated with Molybdenum Disulfide (MoS2). This specific kit is designed as a +1.50mm oversize, ensuring a precise and optimal fit for your engine's restoration needs. Beyond the robust forged piston, the kit includes a full complement of essential components: high-quality rings, a sturdy piston pin, secure clips, a new top end bearing, and a complete top-end gasket kit (comprising head, base, intake, and exhaust gaskets) for a thorough and leak-free assembly. OEM part numbers are referenced to ensure absolute compatibility and peace of mind during installation.
