Description

This premium Wossner Standard Series Piston Kit is meticulously designed to elevate the performance of your 2-stroke motorcycle. Featuring a precise 75.50 mm bore size and a +1.50 mm oversize piston, it's an ideal upgrade or replacement for engines seeking enhanced power and reliability. Each piston is expertly forged from high-strength, aerospace-grade aluminum alloy, ensuring superior durability under extreme operating conditions. Wossner's commitment to quality is evident in the optimized machining, which achieves significant lightness without compromising critical strength in areas like the crown and skirt wall cross-section. The piston's skirt is treated with a permanent Molybdenum Disulphite (Moly) coating. This advanced coating drastically reduces friction, minimizes piston rock, and assists in the crucial break-in period, leading to quieter operation and improved overall engine efficiency. The kit includes a high-quality piston, durable rings made from nitride-coated, steel, and cast materials, a robust piston pin, and secure clips, providing a complete solution for a seamless engine rebuild or performance enhancement for your 250 cc engine.
