Zodiac Primary Offset Kit for Evolution Softail – Primary & Clutch

When you want to install a wider than stock swing arm you will have to move the drive line outward. This kit makes this move easy. Includes a 25mm primary spacer ring, extended crank shaft extension with nut, offset transmission plate, gasket kit, hardware and anything else to do the job. The transmission in Softails is mounted to the frame with 4 studs on a mounting plate and on the right side with the 5th stud straight onto a bracket that is welded to the frame. As the offset transmission plate does not take care of the 5th stud we have also included our "Fifth Brace" trick mounting bracket. "The Fifth Brace" assures a more torsion resistant and stronger-than-stock construction that drastically reduces the chance of a cracked inner primary. Fits 1991-1999 Softail. Can also be used for earlier 5-speed Softail when you also purchase a ZPN 346212 extended motor sprocket shaft nut.
