The CV joints are 10%-15% larger than standard joints, and the axle diameter is increased by 15%-20% compared to OEM axles, providing substantial strength gains. Constructed from dual heat-treated, high-strength chromoly steel, these axles are precision CNC machined for exceptional accuracy and longevity. Thermoplastic polyester elastomer (TPEE) boots, packed with high-load molybdenum grease, ensure reliable protection and lubrication in harsh environments. The inner cage is crafted from robust 4340 chromoly material, further enhancing the axle’s overall durability.
