Description
The Demon Heavy-Duty Axle is meticulously crafted to withstand the rigors of off-road environments. Featuring a dual plunge design, this axle prevents binding even at wide articulation angles, accommodating 2", 3", 4", and 5" bracket lifts, portal gear lifts, and A-arms from various brands. Constructed from dual heat-treated high-strength chromoly steel, this axle boasts a 15% to 20% increase in diameter compared to OEM axles and a 10% to 15% larger CV joint size, providing exceptional strength and longevity. The inner cage is made from robust 4340 chromoly material and precision CNC machined for exact fitment and smooth operation. Thermoplastic polyester elastomer (TPEE) boots, packed with high-load molybdenum grease, offer superior protection against the elements, minimizing wear and extending service life. This complete, heavy-duty axle is designed for rear left and rear right mounting positions.
