Demon X-Treme Heavy Duty Axle Kit - PAXL-3046XHD

Experience unparalleled durability and performance with the Demon X-Treme Heavy Duty Axle Kit, engineered to conquer the most punishing off-road environments. Designed for serious racers and enthusiasts, this heavy-duty UTV axle delivers superior strength and longevity where it matters most.

Description

The DEMON X-Treme Heavy Duty Axle Kit represents the pinnacle of off-road axle technology, upgraded from Demon's renowned Heavy Duty Line to excel in desert racing, sand dunes, deep mud, rock crawling, and challenging short courses. Through extensive research and development, Demon Powersports has crafted an axle that is not only exceptionally strong but also remarkably affordable.

Each Demon X-Treme axle is built with larger CV joints and shafts, utilizing a proprietary dual heat treatment process for maximum resilience. All components, including the shaft, housing, cage, race, and balls, are constructed from premium 4340 Chromoly Steel. This advanced material is more elastic, allowing the axle shaft to absorb stress internally, preventing transfer to your differential and preserving other vital drivetrain components. The re-engineered cage design further enhances durability, while Molybdenum grease and micro-polished internal components ensure CVs run cooler and last longer than conventional axles.

This high-performance axle shaft is also tailor-made for compatibility with major long travel suspension kits and lift kits, offering an out-of-the-box solution optimized for heat management in demanding desert and dune conditions. Trusted by racers in BITD, SCORE, SNORA, and DAKHAR, the Demon X-Treme Heavy Duty Axle Kit fits a wide array of long travel setups including Cognito Motorsports, Extreme Performance, HCR, NXS Designs, Madigan Motorsports, SF Raceworks, LSK, Lone Star Racing, and many more. Backed by an industry-first 2-year limited warranty, your satisfaction and performance are guaranteed.
