The Feuling Race Series Oil Pump is meticulously designed to eliminate common pressure and scavenge issues often associated with factory M-Eight oiling systems. Featuring high-flow 2.250" Chrome Moly gerotor gears, this pump significantly boosts oil delivery. Riders will experience an impressive 68% more oil volume directed to the crankshaft and connecting rod bearings, crucial for high-performance applications. For Twin-Cooled M-Eight motors, this pump offers 30% more pressure gear volume and 53% more scavenge gear volume over stock. Oil-cooled M-Eight motors benefit from a 27% increase in both pressure and scavenge gear volume.
Precision-machined from billet 7075 aluminum with a striking red anodized finish, this oil pump is 50% harder and stronger than 6061 aluminum, maintaining tighter tolerances even under extreme temperatures. Each unit is rigorously bench tested, with the pressure relief valve seated and sealed to a minimum of 30 psi, ensuring full pop-off at 55-60 psi for consistent, reliable performance. Integrated magnets provide an extra layer of protection for the gears and pressure relief valve.
