A special German infusion process penetrates the valve to a depth of 0.002", creating a surface build-up of 0.0002". Each valve is meticulously designed using Finite Element Analysis (F.E.A) software, and its profile is rigorously tested on a computerized flow bench to guarantee optimal performance.
