Description

The Prox 81.50mm Piston Kit is meticulously crafted to meet or exceed OEM specifications, providing a reliable and robust heart for your 2-stroke engine. Each piston is cast from a premium high-silicon-content aluminum alloy, a material renowned for its strength, heat resistance, and lightweight properties. This advanced casting process, combined with precision CNC machining, ensures extremely close tolerances for a perfect fit and consistent performance. The piston features a durable Moly coating on the skirt, which significantly reduces friction and wear, extending the lifespan of both the piston and cylinder wall. Designed as an +0.50 mm oversize piston, this kit is perfect for engines requiring a slight bore increase during a rebuild, restoring lost compression and power. It's suitable for a range of 2-stroke displacements, including 700cc and 1100cc models, offering a standard compression ratio for balanced power and longevity. This comprehensive kit provides everything needed for a seamless installation, including the piston, rings, wrist pin, and circlips, ensuring your engine runs efficiently and powerfully.
