The clutch shaft and rollers are precision-ground and hardened for extended service life. All components are assembled with a specialized lubricant designed for starter roller clutch applications. The CNC-machined billet mounting noses are secured with aerospace-grade fasteners. Each starter undergoes comprehensive dyno testing post-assembly, evaluating hi-low voltage, stall torque, solenoid engagement, amperage draw, load test, maximum RPM, and motor impulse waveform.
