Vertex Cast Race Piston Kit - 54mm Bore - 125cc - Size C - 24427C

Elevate your engine's performance with the Vertex Cast Race Piston Kit, engineered for demanding 125cc 2-stroke applications. This high-quality 54.00 mm bore piston kit delivers race-proven durability and enhanced power output for an unparalleled riding experience.

Description

The Vertex Cast Race Piston Kit is meticulously designed for serious riders seeking optimal performance and longevity in their 125cc 2-stroke engines. Developed with advanced Vertex technology, this 54.00 mm bore piston features a specialized race shape profile, ensuring efficient combustion and maximum power delivery. Each piston undergoes a rigorous T-5 hardening and tempering heat treatment cycle, significantly enhancing its strength and resistance to wear under extreme racing conditions. The gravity cast aluminum alloy construction, with its impressive 18% silicone content, strikes an ideal balance between lightweight design and exceptional durability, making it an extremely strong yet nimble component for your engine. Furthermore, the piston skirts are treated with a high-tech Molybdenum Disulphite (Moly) coating. This advanced coating not only facilitates a faster break-in period but also substantially increases the overall piston life by reducing friction and wear. This comprehensive kit provides everything you need for a complete installation, ensuring your engine runs at its peak.
