Wiseco Forged Piston Kit - 77mm Bore - 250cc - Standard - WRE803M07700

Elevate your motorcycle's performance with the Wiseco Racer Elite 250cc piston kit, meticulously engineered for 4-stroke engines. This high-compression piston is designed to deliver dyno-proven power gains and exceptional durability, making it the ultimate upgrade for serious riders.

Description

The Wiseco Racer Elite Series Piston represents the pinnacle of engine component design, developed through extensive R&D to provide significant dyno-proven power gains. Specifically optimized for 4-stroke 250cc engines, this high compression piston boasts an impressive 14.5:1 compression ratio, ensuring maximum torque and razor-sharp throttle response. Constructed from 100% billet machined, forged 2618 aluminum, it offers an unparalleled strength-to-weight ratio and an optimized fit within your engine's cylinder with a precise 76.96 mm piston diameter.

Durability and performance are further enhanced by an asymmetric skirt design, which improves wear characteristics and ensures even loading on the major thrust skirt. Friction is dramatically reduced thanks to the advanced ArmorGlide® skirt coating, leading to quieter operation and superior scuff resistance. The DLC-coated piston pin also contributes to reduced friction and improved longevity, complemented by enhanced pin oiling for optimal lubrication. A meticulously designed dome improves flame travel, maximizing air/fuel burn efficiency, while a pressure seal groove minimizes ring lifting and power loss. This comprehensive 4-stroke piston kit includes precision-fit rings, a piston pin, and circlips, all proudly made in the USA.
