The S&S Cycle Cam Chest Kit for M8 engines is engineered to provide increased oil flow, improved cam timing accuracy, and enhanced tappet stability. The billet aluminum oil pump and cam plate feature a blue anodized finish and precision-machined construction. Independent scavenge sections for the flywheel cavity and cam chest, along with debris screens in both scavenge pickups, ensure clean and efficient oil circulation. An adjustable pressure relief valve allows for fine-tuning while the engine is installed. The kit also includes S&S Quickee pushrods with finished pushrod tubes, S&S premium tappets, and billet aluminum tappet cuffs with a hard-anodized black coating for increased strength and stability. By eliminating the stock cam chain tensioner, this kit significantly improves cam timing accuracy. The inclusion of outer drive gears, gaskets, bearings, and hardware makes for a complete and straightforward installation. Made in the USA, this kit guarantees top-tier quality and performance.
