Description

This lightweight youth helmet features a thermo-injected shell crafted from a special polymer blend with varying degrees of thickness, designed to provide optimal impact protection without sacrificing weight. The outer shell is constructed from technologically advanced, impact-resistant thermoplastic. The SM3 Youth helmet weighs in at 1060g. Multiple density inner liner ensures enhanced impact absorption by utilizing the correct density in specific areas. The inner and outer surfaces are engineered to minimize the effects of oblique impacts, and Alpinestars' patented low-friction coating on the main EPS liner reduces rotational acceleration forces. Featuring 10 inlets and seven exhaust ports, the SM3 Youth helmet offers maximized ventilation and high levels of heat transfer. The comfort liner is constructed using recycled materials, reducing its carbon footprint, and hydration tube channels are integrated into the cheek pads.
