Description

The Andrews Conversion Chain Driven Cam allows you to bring modern cam chain technology to your earlier Twin Cam engine. Designed for use with stock lifters, these cam grinds deliver performance comparable to earlier bikes equipped with similar cams. By upgrading to the '07-'17 cam plate, oil pump, cam sprockets, chains, and hydraulic chain adjusters (available separately), you'll benefit from the improved design and reliability of newer Twin Cam models. This kit ensures optimal valve train performance and longevity, allowing you to ride with confidence. The "N" series cams retain the .875" bearing journal required for '99-'06 models while still being compatible with the new style cam support plate. Always verify coil bind and valve-to-piston clearance during installation.

Important to know

This kit requires the installation of a '07-'17 cam plate, oil pump, cam sprockets and chains, and both hydraulic chain adjusters. These parts are not included and must be purchased separately. A list of required components is supplied with each set of cams.

'99-'01 model motors require Andrews rear cam sprocket. '02-'06 models must use the stock rear cam sprocket, OEM #25728-06.

The installer must check coil bind, valve-to-valve clearance, and valve-to-piston clearance.
