Description

Engineered for the demands of off-road and adventure riding, the AXP RACING Adventure Skid Plate ensures comprehensive protection for your motorcycle's engine block and vital components. Constructed from an 8 mm thick High-Density Polyethylene (HDPE) plastic, this robust bash plate is built to withstand severe impacts from rocks, logs, and other trail hazards. Unlike metal options, the HDPE material absorbs impacts without deforming, preventing damage to your frame and engine cases. Riders will appreciate its exceptional durability and the fact that it's 30-40% lighter than equivalent alloy plates, contributing to a lower overall bike weight and improved handling. This lightweight motorcycle sump guard also excels in reducing noise from rock impacts and eliminates vibrations often associated with metal skid plates. The thoughtful design extends to maintenance, making it significantly easier to access components compared to many alloy alternatives. Furthermore, the color is integrated throughout the material, meaning scratches won't reveal an unsightly base metal, maintaining its appearance even after heavy use. The robust and lightweight fixation system ensures secure mounting, providing reliable protection on every ride.
