The Fat Baggers Inc. 1-1/4" EZ Install Handlebar features a bolt-together two-piece design, which not only simplifies shipping and storage but also significantly speeds up the installation process. CNC mandrel-bent from robust 1-1/4" diameter steel tubing with a 0.120" wall, these handlebars ensure durability and a premium feel. The innovative EZ install design eliminates the common struggle with internal wiring, allowing you to complete the wiring in minutes. The billet machined top includes a large internal machined radius that facilitates easy wire pulling through the non-welded top corner. The "squared" lower bend incorporates additional slots to further streamline wire routing. These handlebars are knurled and notched, making them ready for throttle-by-wire (TBW) applications and are compatible with OEM heated grips.
