Description
The Feuling Parts Endurance Beehive® Valve Springs are meticulously crafted from premium-grade, hi-tensile chrome silicon single-conical ovate wire. They undergo shot-peening, thermal heat treatment, and a NexTex® finish to maximize durability and fatigue life, crucial for demanding V-Twin engines. The included lightweight 7° super Titanium retainers reduce valve weight, enhancing engine responsiveness. These springs allow direct bolt-in replacement for cam lifts up to 0.650" without requiring machining or rocker box clearancing on '05-'17 Twin Cams; up to 0.574" lift for '98-'04 Big Twin and '86-'03 XL models. Each kit includes machined spring seats, seat shims, valve locks, and premium Viton® valve seals equipped with a spring-loaded valve stem wiper system. Important to know
- Must be installed at the correct open height, matching max lift to the open height specification of the valve springs.
- Direct replacement with no machining or rocker box clearance required up to 0.574" lift for '98-'04 Big Twin and '86-'03 XL and up to 0.650" lift for '05-'17 Twin Cam.
- Larger camshafts may require valve guide machining for seal-to-retainer clearance.
