This upgrade virtually eliminates wet sumping, blow-by, and oily air cleaners, common issues in older Twin Cam engines. The conversion camshafts are designed to utilize the '99-'06 inner cam journals with the '07-'16 outer cam journals, allowing the use of '07-'16 camplates, oil pumps, hydraulic chain tensioners, and a modern chain drive system.
