Galfer Brake Rotors are crafted from 420 high-carbon stainless Tier-1 steel, ensuring exceptional strength and heat resistance. Each rotor is laser-cut, guaranteeing precise dimensions and eliminating the stress introduced by stamping processes. The rotors undergo individual heat treatment and double-disc parallel grinding to achieve perfect flatness, which minimizes brake fade and maximizes pad contact. The floating two-piece design allows the braking surface to expand and contract under heat without warping, ensuring consistent braking performance. With a 296 mm (11.65") outside diameter and 4.0 mm thickness, these rotors are built to withstand the demands of high-performance riding. For optimal braking performance and extended lifespan, Galfer recommends using Galfer brake pads in conjunction with Galfer rotors.
