Galfer Brake Rotors are constructed from 420 high-carbon stainless Tier-1 steel, ensuring optimal durability and heat resistance. Each rotor is laser-cut, guaranteeing precise dimensions and eliminating imperfections common in stamped rotors. The rotors undergo individual heat treatment and double-disc parallel grinding to achieve perfect flatness, which is crucial for consistent and reliable braking. The two-piece floating design further enhances performance by allowing for thermal expansion and minimizing distortion. With a diameter of 310 mm and a thickness of 4.5 mm, these rotors are designed for demanding applications.
