The Galfer Contour Brake Rotor is constructed from 420 high-carbon stainless Tier-1 steel, ensuring exceptional strength and heat resistance. Each rotor is laser cut (never stamped) and individually heat-treated, then double-disc parallel ground to guarantee perfect flatness, eliminating vibrations and providing consistent braking. The unique contour design improves heat dissipation, reducing brake fade and extending rotor life. Its two-piece floating design further enhances thermal management and minimizes weight. For maximum braking performance and longevity, Galfer recommends pairing Galfer brake pads with Galfer rotors.
