Description
The K&N KN172C performance oil filter utilizes a synthetic filter media specifically engineered to handle the demanding conditions and high concentrations of synthetic racing oils. Its large filter media provides exceptional flow rates and superior oil filtration, keeping your engine running cleaner and smoother. The uniform pleated synthetic filter media maximizes filtration capacity. The heavy-duty canister and base plate, combined with a double-rolled seal, ensure durability and prevent leaks. A pre-lubed base gasket simplifies installation, while the check-valve/anti-drain back valve prevents oil drain-back and dry starts (where applicable). The 17 mm hex nut, pre-drilled for safety wire security, allows for easy installation and removal.
