Description
The Kibblewhite Black Diamond™ valve is CNC machined from a one-piece forging of EV8 Stainless Steel, resulting in a lightweight yet incredibly strong component. Its precisely engineered profile promotes excellent flow characteristics, maximizing engine efficiency. A unique German infusion process enhances the valve's wear properties, reducing friction and providing superior resistance to corrosion and wear compared to traditional chrome and nickel electrolysis plating. Each valve undergoes rigorous design and testing, utilizing Finite Element Analysis (F.E.A) software and computerized flow bench analysis to ensure optimal performance.
