Description
The Kibblewhite Black Diamond™ Engine Valve is CNC machined from a one-piece forging of EV8 stainless steel, offering a lightweight yet incredibly strong design. The optimized profiles ensure excellent flow characteristics, maximizing your engine's efficiency. Each valve undergoes rigorous design and testing, utilizing Finite Element Analysis (F.E.A) software and computerized flow bench testing to guarantee optimal performance. The valve is infused with a special German process to a depth of 0.002", with a surface build-up of 0.0002", enhancing wear properties, reducing friction, and providing superior corrosion and wear resistance compared to chrome and nickel electrolysis plating. Finished with black nitroneg coated stems for added durability and reduced friction, this valve is proudly made in the USA.
