The valve undergoes a specialized German infusion process, penetrating to a depth of 0.002" with a surface build-up of 0.0002", enhancing wear properties, reducing friction, and providing superior resistance to corrosion and wear compared to chrome and nickel electrolysis plating. Designed with Finite Element Analysis (F.E.A) software and tested on a computerized flow bench, each valve guarantees optimal performance.
