Description
The Kibblewhite Black Diamond™ Engine Valve is CNC machined from a one-piece forging of EV8 Stainless Steel. This lightweight yet strong design features profiles optimized for excellent flow characteristics. A special German infusion process enhances the valve's wear properties, reduces friction, and provides exceptional resistance to corrosion and wear, surpassing chrome and nickel electrolysis plating. Each valve is meticulously designed using Finite Element Analysis (F.E.A) software, and its profiles are rigorously tested on a computerized flow bench to guarantee peak performance. The stems are coated with black nitroneg for increased durability and reduced friction. This valve has a head diameter of 30.00 mm, a stem diameter of 6.00 mm, and a length of 3.960". With a 15° tulip angle, this intake valve is ready to boost your engine's capabilities.
