The Kibblewhite Nitrided Valve is crafted from one-piece stainless steel and features a stellite tip, ensuring exceptional longevity. A special nitriding process, with a depth of 0.002" and a surface buildup of 0.0002", fortifies the valve, enhancing its wear properties and minimizing friction. This advanced treatment provides superior resistance to corrosion, outperforming hard chromium and electrolysis nickel-plating. Its lightweight design and optimized profile guarantee excellent flow characteristics, maximizing engine efficiency. Compatible with both leaded and unleaded fuels, this valve can be used with cast iron and bronze-type guides at tight tolerances, promoting superior oil control and heat dissipation.
